Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager to lead strategic technology engagements across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. The role focuses on linking business goals with AI, data, and technology roadmaps, shaping enterprise AI adoption and driving client value through clear roadmaps and strong governance.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, mentor colleagues, and present to C-suite audiences, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measurable outcomes for client

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams and delivery within technology strategy engagements, shaping scope, mobilising teams, managing plans, risks, issues, client expectations and project commercials, and delivering to agreed time, budget and quality.
• Assess the current technology footprint and market to identify and prioritise value creation opportunities, including agents like AI.
• Define and co-create a compelling technology vision, shaping data, AI, GenAI and agentic AI in business strategies.
• Design technology operating models and roadmaps that integrate AI capabilities and sequence investments across planning horizons.
• Build value and business cases aligned to client planning cycles, and pressure-test leadership assumptions, including AI-generated insights.
• Facilitate and drive consensus for action across business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability between business priorities, technology investments and roadmaps.
• Help shape enterprise AI and data strategies, including roadmaps for scaling enterprise AI.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities to extend or create new work.
• Lead medium-to-large teams, set objectives and standards, delegate work, and foster a positive team environment.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance discussions.
