Job summary

The Institution of Structural Engineers is seeking an experienced leader to head Technology and Solutions Delivery, guiding the technology and digital transformation portfolio to deliver on strategy within time, quality and budget.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues across the organisation, drive delivery excellence, oversee governance and portfolio reporting, and help implement innovative solutions that support the charity’s mission from our London office with

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers; procurement and supplier performance management.
Experience producing portfolio-level reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the Institution's technology and digital transformation portfolio to time, quality, and budget.
Oversee governance, portfolio reporting and delivery metrics across projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues to translate strategy into outcomes.
