Job summary

AECOM invites enthusiastic apprentices to join the Technology Services team in the UK. You’ll support diverse projects in the transportation sector, delivering innovative technology solutions that connect people and infrastructure. You’ll work with engineers and specialists, gaining practical experience across the project lifecycle.

This role offers on-the-job learning, formal training, and mentoring while working toward a recognised professional qualification. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (5) including Maths and English.
• Three A-Levels (or equivalent) including relevant technical or STEM subjects.
• Interest in technology, engineering, transportation or ITS.
• Aptitude for technical subjects, engineering design, digital technologies and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering drawings, plans, technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Support the development and delivery of ITS and technology projects.
• Assist with feasibility studies, site investigations and surveys.
• Prepare design information, calculations, specifications and technical reports.
• Collect, analyse and interpret technical, transport and project data.
