About the team

RSM’s global Technology Risk Assurance (TRA) practice provides assurance, advice, and solutions to help clients manage digital risks confidently. Our local client portfolio includes prestigious organizations in financial services, technology, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, social housing, education, and government sectors.

Responsibilities

As a TRA Manager, you’ll:

• Lead teams to develop clients’ digital strategies through risk assurance and advice.
• Stay updated on technology trends, risk management practices, and industry issues.
• Manage a TRA client portfolio with Partners, ensuring value, timely delivery, and profitability.
• Develop plans, oversee work quality, and report on client projects.
• Perform risk management and develop commercial arrangements.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, managing resources and recruitment.
• Drive innovation for future products, services, and solutions.
• Represent RSM at external meetings, workshops, and networking events.
• Lead local CSR initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new opportunities.
• Develop proposals to meet client needs.

Requirements for the role

You should:

• Hold at least one relevant certification (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.).
