You will work closely with colleagues and partners to shape plans, resolve challenges and turn ideas into practical, sustainable improvements. Your focus will be on clear priorities, meaningful benefits and positive experiences for the people affected by change.
You may have gained your experience in local government, another public service, the private or voluntary sector, or through a related change or delivery role. We are looking for someone who can lead a substantial programme, build trusted relationships and support continuous improvement within a clear governance framework. Whilst this is a fixed term contract appointment, for anyone already employed by Wokingham Borough
Council this would be classed as a secondment if successful. Therefore, the usual permission requests
for secondments apply and you must speak to your line manager in the first instance before applying.
