Job summary

Eastlands Venue Services (EVSL) is seeking a Technology Manager to coordinate technology projects and business systems across the organisation, ensuring reliability and scalability.

You will work with People, Finance, Operations, Hospitality and Commercial teams, manage relationships with software suppliers and support new systems and process improvements, including the EPOS/hospitality tech estate.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technology or business system projects.
• Experience working with software suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of business systems and technology used in operational environments.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of technology projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Support system upgrades, software implementations and business change initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate into practical technology solutions.
• Assist with testing, user acceptance, training and rollouts.
• Monitor progress, risks and milestones and report to stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day administration and improvement of business systems.
