Are you a Technology Operations Manager wanting to deliver within a high performing environment?

Our client is a 24/7 high availability environment. You will have a technical mindset to coordinate and deliver high standards of IT Operations. You may come from a Service Desk, Service Delivery, or Infrastructure background to enable in-depth technical conversations.

You will manage a small team including Platform Engineers and an Incident Manager, guiding daily operations and continuously improving production. You will indirectly lead third-party suppliers, ensuring service levels are met through your supplier management expertise.

About you, the Technology Operations Manager –

• Technically capable – ownership of Products and driving Technical Operations
• Understanding of Azure
• ITIL, Project Management, or Service Delivery certification (desirable)
• Management experience – internally and with third-party suppliers
• Ability to review and improve existing processes
• Comfortable presenting to Board Members

Position details:

• Permanent
• Hybrid working – 2 days office-based, 3 days remote
• Milton Keynes office
• Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
