As part of the Technology M&A team you’ll work closely with clients on IT due diligence, post‑deal integration, IT strategy and transformation programs, building trusted advisory relationships to enable value creation.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting/industry experience required.
• Experience in technology due diligence, M&A and transactions preferred (3+ of these items).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with clients, executives and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish trust and credibility with clients quickly.
• Contribute to client proposals and presentations as trusted adviser.
• Identify, analyse and solve clients' business challenges.
• Support flexible, collaborative and high-performing team delivery.
