Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager in London to lead strategy engagements and oversee pre- and post-deal work with a technology focus. You will work within a multinational TA team supporting corporate and Private Equity clients on deal lifecycles, including due diligence, integration planning, and carve-outs.

You will build trusted senior client relationships, identify opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to practice development and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in top-tier consulting, Big 4, or in-house strategy roles.
• Knowledge across M&A lifecycle: commercial/IT/operational due diligence, integration, carve-outs.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage diverse teams and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy engagements addressing client business challenges and deliver durable value.
• Drive pre- and post-deal work including IT and digital due diligence and TSA design.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships and present key findings to leadership.
• Support business development: opportunity qualification, proposals, and client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to performance management and training programs.
• Contribute to thought leadership and asset development within Accenture TA practices.
