Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Technology Lead to drive a major AWS cloud modernization initiative, transforming legacy Java applications into scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture, software engineering, DevOps, database expertise and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS cloud architecture experience.
• Hands-on with ECS, Fargate, Lambda and API Gateway.
• 10+ years in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Experience building microservices and serverless solutions.
• Strong knowledge of DynamoDB and PostgreSQL/Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on CI/CD with Jenkins, Git, Docker and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud migration and application modernization.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

We're looking for an experienced Technology Lead to drive a major AWS cloud modernisation programme, transforming legacy Java applications into scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture, software engineering, DevOps, database expertise and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of modern AWS-based platforms, guide engineering teams, shape technical strategy and act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience with AWS cloud architecture
• Hands-on expertise with ECS, Fargate, Lambda & API Gateway
• 10+ years professional experience in Java, Spring Boot & REST APIs
• Experience building microservices and serverless solutions
• Strong knowledge of DynamoDB and PostgreSQL/Aurora PostgreSQL
• Hands-on CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker & Terraform
• Experience with cloud migration and application modernisation
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
