Job summary

FORTE ICT is seeking a Head of Technology & Information Management to lead IT services, systems and information management across the organisation. You will drive resilience, security and efficiency, aligning technology with strategic objectives.

The role oversees data storage, cyber security, governance and reporting, and requires senior leadership experience to manage internal teams and external partners while advancing the digital strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT and/or digital functions at senior level.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT and technology services, including IT helpdesk and user support.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning (technical components).
• Lead data management and reporting capabilities (e.g., Power BI).
• Establish and maintain IT governance, standards and policies.
• Monitor and report on system performance, availability and service levels.
