Job summary
Primark is hiring a Technology Finance Advisor to support BAU and change finances across Technology within the Lean Portfolio Office. You will coordinate financial management activities, maintain processes and provide analysis and day-to-day support for accurate financial information to drive decisions.
The role is hybrid (2-3 days in the office). You will work with Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal teams to ensure governance, data accuracy and continuous improvement in financial
Qualifications
- Experience in a finance, commercial or analytical role with a focus on financial controls and business performance.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret large datasets, identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management to partner with Technology, Finance, Procurement and business teams.
- Confident communicator capable of presenting complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP platforms, financial reporting tools and portfolio management tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive financial management for BAU and strategic tech change initiatives with strong governance and spend visibility.
- Partner with Technology leaders to provide insights and guidance for informed decisions.
- Lead and improve Technology Finance processes, tools and templates for efficiency.
- Analyse budgets and forecasts, highlight risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal to influence outcomes.
- Support financial excellence within the Technology Lean Portfolio Office and drive improvements.
