Job summary

Bield Housing Association is seeking an experienced Head of Technology to drive our technology, digital services and data initiatives. You will set architecture standards, strengthen cyber security and guide investments to modernise how we work and better serve tenants and colleagues.

Reporting to the Director of People and Digital, you will develop a technology roadmap, lead core platforms and ensure projects are well governed and sustainable post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading technology strategy and architecture.
• Strong cyber security focus and risk management.
• Ability to translate tenant needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy, architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Ensure secure, resilient and reliable services across platforms and data.
• Lead governance of budgets, suppliers and projects with value for money.
• Provide technical design, integration and assurance to housing services.
