The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, guiding investment, risk management and service improvements while working with senior leaders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy and enterprise architecture to support secure, resilient services.
• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure, connectivity, devices and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Strengthen cyber security, identity and access controls, and risk management.
• Govern projects with clear governance and measurable value delivery.
• Manage a capable technology team with accountability and service focus.
• Oversee budgets, suppliers and governance to align with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with service leads to align technology with tenant needs and operational priorities.
