What will you be doing?

  • Lead change management efforts for assigned Data & Analytics (D&A) projects, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and the development of comprehensive communications plans.
  • Develop and execute tailored training, enablement, and communication plans to meet the unique needs of each project, ensuring user readiness and effective adoption.
  • Monitor and evaluate qualitative and quantitative adoption/value metrics, providing detailed progress reports to the Head of Change Management.
  • Work closely with the Head of Change Management and Change Specialist to ensure adherence to the overarching change management methodology and frameworks.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and insights to enhance the overall maturity and effectiveness of the change management function.

What will you need to do it?

  • Hold certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related fields.
  • Experience with AI projects or technology adoption is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record in leading change initiatives and managing complex projects.
