Aviva is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Technology Change to join our Technology Finance team in a hybrid role across Norwich, York or Bristol. You will partner with senior leaders to influence investment decisions and translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights, ensuring investments are financially robust and strategically aligned.

• Strong commercial and financial management experience, with a track record of partnering through change and delivering business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to influence decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and navigate competing priorities.
• Good understanding of technology and its commercial drivers, combined with a collaborative and results-focused approach.

Finance Business Partner - Technology Change

Location: Norwich, York or Bristol based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £75,000

A bit about the job:

You’ll join the Technology Finance team, supporting significant investment across technology change, cyber security, AI and business transformation programmes. The role exists to ensure investment decisions are financially robust, strategically aligned and deliver value for Aviva.
