Reporting to the Senior Business Partner (or Head of Department), the Business Partner (BP) acts as the vital link between Technology and specific business work streams. The BP is responsible for understanding business requirements, supporting the delivery of the functional plan, and ensuring that technology services are optimised to meet operational needs. A BP is expected to manage established relationships, challenge existing processes to improve efficiency, and lead change initiatives with a focus on high-quality execution.
