Job summary

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a motivated Software & Hardware Asset Coordinator to help manage equipment and software used by colleagues. You’ll learn asset management, assist with ordering, allocation, tracking and disposal, and support license management and supplier coordination.

The role is office-based, with a focus on accuracy, organisation and collaboration within a team, and training is provided to develop your skills in this area.

Qualifications

• Motivated and keen to learn with good organisational skills.
• Willing to learn asset management, software licensing and ServiceNow.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet changing priorities.
• Comfortable using everyday computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, unpack and organise technology equipment, keeping stockrooms tidy and well managed.
• Coordinate allocation, return, reuse and replacement of devices (laptops, iPads, phones).
• Keep asset records up to date: what we have, where it is, who is using it.
• Assist colleagues with requests related to lost, stolen, or faulty equipment.
• Support software licence tracking to ensure access to needed software.
• Monitor incidents and requests, update colleagues and drive tasks to resolution.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to move requests forward and resolve queries.
• Assist purchasing, invoicing, stock checks, reporting and audits.
