Intertek Group Plc is looking for a Laboratory Technologist to join their Metallurgical Assessment team. You'll play a key role in materials preparation, technical reporting, and supporting manufacturing quality control in a dynamic engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND in Materials Science or Engineering and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Laboratory experience, particularly in metallurgy, and understanding Quality systems are essential.

We are seeking a candidate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a Degree or HND in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Engineering, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a laboratory environment, with metallurgy-related experience being beneficial, alongside a good understanding of Quality systems and auditing processes. Knowledge of HSE standards is preferable, while experience in failure investigations and supporting customer or supplier quality investigations would be advantageous.
