The ideal candidate has 8+ years in banking or financial services, strong BA background, deep knowledge of investment banking products, reporting, data dependencies, and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking or financial services, with hands-on Business Analysis to delivery ownership.
• Strong understanding of investment banking products, terminology, and front-to-back processes.
• Experience with business and regulatory reporting; understanding data elements and business rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and workshops to define scope, stakeholders, and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into artefacts: user stories, BRDs/FRDs, data flows, test cases.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables from analysis through implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement, block removal, and delivery efficiency across multiple workstreams.
