Boundaryless is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Delivery Manager to support a major transformation for a top-tier investment banking client in London. This role blends business analysis with end-to-end delivery across Business, Data, and Technology, requiring hands-on ownership and senior stakeholder engagement.

You will lead workshops, map requirements to artefacts, manage delivery milestones, RAID and UAT, and drive delivery in Agile/Waterfall/hybrid models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in banking or financial services with hands-on BA/Delivery ownership.
• Strong understanding of investment banking products and capital markets.
• Experience translating business needs into delivery artefacts for Tech and Data teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct discovery and workshops to define scope, outcomes and data needs.
• Translate requirements into process maps, data flows, user stories and test cases.
• Own end-to-end delivery from analysis to implementation with RAID oversight.
• Coordinate UAT, defect triage, go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery improvements across teams.
