Job summary

Columbus UK is seeking a D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end Customer Engagement solutions. You will work on technical/functional designs aligned to customer requirements and lead delivery in project implementations with colleagues from functional and technical teams.

The role requires hands-on plugin/C#/JS experience and Power Platform skills, with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering D365 CE implementations.
• Hands-on with plugins and customizations (C#/JS).
• Experience with Power Platform and CRM design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical/functional solutions aligned to high level designs.
• Lead delivery role in project implementations with functional colleagues.
• Ensure right-first-time technical solutions based on industry best practices.
• Contribute to design/build sprints and support delivery.
• Produce detailed technical designs for Customer Engagement solutions.
