Job summary

Columbus is seeking a D365 CE / CRM Techno-Functional consultant to deliver high-impact CE solutions. The role involves home-based work with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required, and a full-time schedule (36.5 hours per week).

You will design, deliver, and train customers on CE solutions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Travel and flexibility are required, with a strong emphasis on business problem solving, client engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on D365 CE experience with CRM implementations.
• Strong coding in C# and JavaScript for CE solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform and CRM data models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical/functional CE solutions aligned to design.
• Lead delivery in project implementations with functional consultants.
• Produce comprehensive technical designs for CE solutions.
• Contribute to design/build sprints within a project team.
• Share technical training to customers as needed.
• Ensure right-first-time solutions based on best practices.
