The University of Liverpool's Institute of Systems, Molecular and Integrative Biology (ISMIB) is seeking a laboratory demonstrator to support undergraduate practical teaching across the School of Biosciences and the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Based in teaching laboratories, you will assist in preparing and delivering practical classes, maintaining facilities and equipment, and acting as a demonstrator during sessions.
Hours of work: Full-time - 35 hours per week

Based within our teaching laboratories, you will support the preparation and delivery of practical classes, maintain laboratory facilities and equipment, and act as a demonstrator during teaching sessions, providing technical guidance and practical support to students. You will also contribute to outreach activities, summer schools, open days, and residential field courses in the UK and overseas.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive individual with practical experience in biochemical and molecular biology laboratory techniques, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality technical service within a busy higher education environment.
