Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, is looking for a motivated and reliable Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. We want someone who brings an ambitious and positive attitude.

What You Will Do

• Carry out manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and programme requirements.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Develop technical knowledge and skills to safely and effectively manage manufacturing processes.
• Work collaboratively as part of a technical team, contributing to team goals and performance.
• Accurately complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other required documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety, and process quality.
• Support validation and qualification activities as part of manufacturing and process improvement projects.

Who You Are

• A good standard of general education – numerate and literate.
• Basic understanding of GMP principles or willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and development.

What Will Put You Ahead

• An interest in manufacturing, science, or engineering is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential.
