Job summary

Fish Brothers in Swindon is seeking an experienced Lexus Technician to join their aftersales team. In this role, you will service and repair a range of Lexus vehicles while ensuring the highest quality of work. You will interact directly with customers, provide support to less experienced team members, and maintain tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent, with strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician.
• Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Comfortable working with others and building relationships.

About the role

Lexus Swindon offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to join a dedicated aftersales team of 10. In this role you will provide first‑class service to all customers, servicing, repairing and diagnosing a range of Lexus vehicles, ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, repair and diagnostics of Lexus vehicles.
• Liaise directly with customers regarding their vehicles.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Complete jobs within the budgeted time.
• Maintain tools and equipment on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience as an automotive technician.
