Job summary

Fish Brothers (Swindon) Limited is recruiting an experienced Lexus Technician for our Swindon Lexus Centre. You will service, repair and diagnose Lexus vehicles, liaise with customers, and support junior team members. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Swindon site.

NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair is required; main dealer experience is preferred but not essential. We offer a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment is desirable.
• Able to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnostics of Lexus vehicles to high standards.
• Liaise with customers on vehicle status and needs.
• Mentor/guide less experienced technicians and maintain tools/equipment.
