  3. Helping load your lorry with the day's deliveries, working alongside the warehouse team.
  4. Demonstrating respect and courtesy for the customer's home and handling unexpected situations to find the best solution for your customers.
  5. Installing products efficiently and demonstrating how they work once installed.
  6. Staying up-to-date with new products and technologies to perform your role effectively.
  7. Maintaining a safe working environment.

Essential Skills and Experience

Previous installation experience is required, and we will support your development with our installer accreditation. Other required skills and experience include:

  • Manual C1 UK driving license (with a maximum of 6 points).
  • DCPC (Driver Qualification Card) and Tachograph Card.
  • Experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including delivering large items such as sofas, white goods, sports equipment, furniture, beds, and mattresses.
  • Good understanding of technology.
