Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking a part-time team member for the Building Engineering Services team, based at Neath College with duties across Neath, Afan College and Swansea Construction Centre. The role focuses on delivering education with flexibility for early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will hold Level 2 qualifications, be IT literate to level 2, and have experience maintaining tools and equipment within a practical education setting.

Job description

An exciting opportunity to join our Building Engineering Services team has arisen where you will play a key role in the delivery of education. Scale 2, Points 14 - 16, £25,949 - £25,949 per annum, pro rata (Equivalent to £12,974 - £12,974 per annum).18.5 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).Permanent, part time.NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College to provide support at Neath, Afan College and Swansea Construction Centre).

About you:

Candidates should hold a level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline, level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths (GSCE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2. Candidates should also have relevant experience. The ability to maintain tools and equipment is essential.
