Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience as Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self-motivated and committed to high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and undertake further training.
• Manufacturer accreditation training is available.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
• Completing vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
• Identifying additional faults and carrying out repairs once authorised by the customer.
• Completing warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer procedures and documentation requirements.
• Road-testing vehicles to confirm faults have been rectified.
• Completing all relevant job cards and paperwork accurately.
• Working efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the wider workshop team to deliver an excellent aftersales service.

Basic Salary: £34,000
OTE: Up to £41,230, uncapped
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm

The Role: Vehicle Technician
