Job summary

A leading company in High Tech Logistics is seeking a Health Tech Technician to join their team in Ashford, Staines. You will ensure safe operations, prepare demonstration equipment, and liaise with various teams. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Technician to join our client’s successful team in Ashford, Staines.

About our client:

The market leader in High Tech Logistics solutions & a trusted partner to some of the leading global medical & technical product manufacturers.

About the role:

As a Health Tech Technician, you will be required to carry out various duties on-site to ensure a safe and productive workplace and an efficient operating environment.

  1. Prepare demonstration equipment to OEM specifications, including visual checks, function tests, cleaning, and wrapping of demo systems—typical systems include C-Arms and Ultrasounds.
  2. Update systems and records accurately, including reusable Catalogue (FM) and DEMS.
  3. Report defects or missing items to the Operations team and follow escalation procedures for performance issues, updating tracker reports.
  4. Liaise with the dedicated coordination team to ensure smooth call flow for all demo operations.
  5. Escalate service and performance issues to the Team Lead/Management when necessary.
  6. Create BOM (Bill of Materials) for new demo systems.
