Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy aftersales team. You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose faults and perform visual health checks to manufacturer standards, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

We value pride in workmanship, a collaborative approach and a commitment to quality. Requirements include Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds, and a UK driving licence; MOT license is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Ability to perform basic diagnostics and fault finding.
• Demonstrates pride in workmanship and strong teamwork.

Vehicle Technician – Lincoln, On Target Earnings: £42,500 (depending on experience), Full-Time - Permanent – Renault / Lincoln Pentagon Motor Group

Are you an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician, who can carry out general servicing and maintenance on vehicles with basic diagnostic skills who is looking to join a supportive team, progress your career and work with an established brand? At Pentagon Motor Group, we’re on the lookout for experienced Vehicle Technicians like you to join our expanding aftersales team.

Whether you're already working with at a franchised dealership or an independent garage, if you’ve got the drive to deliver outstanding service and top-quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards


• Carrying out visual health checks


• Ensures vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet customer expectations, supporting the Pentagon Group's reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent


• MOT License would be preferable but not essential


• At least 3 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment


• Takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy team


• Full UK driving license (max 6 points)

Working hours – Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.30 – 42.5 hours
