Job summary

Vehicle Technician – Lincoln at Pentagon Motor Group is seeking an experienced, qualified technician to service and diagnose vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will join an expanding aftersales team in Lincoln, delivering high-quality workmanship and great customer service.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds, 3+ years in a workshop, and a full UK driving license. MOT license is a plus. Salary starts from £32,500; OTE and progression opportunities are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• MOT License would be preferable but not essential.
• At least 3 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards.
• Carrying out visual health checks
• Ensures vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet customer expectations, supporting the Pentagon Group's reputation for excellence.

Job Introduction

Are you an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician, who can carry out general servicing and maintenance on vehicles with basic diagnostic skills who is looking to join a supportive team, progress your career and work with an established brand? What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards

What We’re Looking For
