Job Description

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Windsor / Remote

Remuneration: Up to £400 per day

Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation and training materials for our diverse range of products and services.
2. Collaborate with product managers, training teams, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
3. Create user guides, API documentation, tutorials, and other technical content that supports product usage and promotes adoption.
4. Design and implement a framework that enables teams to easily update and maintain documentation and training materials.
5. Conduct regular reviews and updates of all documentation to keep it current and relevant.
6. Provide training and support to internal teams on how to effectively use and update documentation.
7. Ensure all documentation adheres to the organisation's standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, particularly within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that engage and inform.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
