Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking a TPM Project Manager to lead Technical Transfer projects, delivering cross-functional initiatives across Technical Operations, quality and regulatory domains. The role focuses on disciplined planning, governance and timely delivery for patient-focused outcomes.

The successful candidate will translate objectives into integrated plans, coordinate resources and maintain strong governance, while working with internal teams and external partners in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, engineering, science, operations, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex Technical Transfer or cross-functional Technical Operations projects in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to manage integrated plans, governance, risks, budgets and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Technical projects from initiation through closure and define scope, milestones and success measures.
• Establish project governance, identify risks and issues, escalate where needed and ensure clear ownership and due dates.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to resolve delivery barriers and drive decisions.
• Track schedule, resources, budget and benefits; provide concise reporting to sponsors and governance forums.
• Embed change-management activities and ensure delivery complies with quality, regulatory, safety and data requirements.
