Job summary

TTP is seeking an experienced Programme Lead to own challenging development programmes across medical-device and drug-delivery technologies. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape development strategies and guide clients through technical, regulatory and commercial decisions.

Beyond project leadership, you will mentor colleagues, contribute to long-term Pharma business strategy, and help grow client relationships while supporting travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading complex medical-device or combination-product development programmes from concept through to manufacture.
• 10+ years in medical device development, including drug-delivery devices.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to resolve difficult technical challenges.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage broader objectives.
• Experience building trusted client relationships.
• Collaborative leadership with coaching mindset.
• Understanding regulatory and commercial aspects of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary development programmes from concept to manufacture with a focus on manufacturability and scale.
• Shape development approaches, assemble the right expertise and guide clients through technical, regulatory and commercial decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and help teams perform at their best.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Travel for client meetings and project engagements as needed.
