L3Harris Technologies in Tewkesbury is seeking a Technical Trainer for Information Resilience. You will design, develop and deliver technical training content and conduct engaging in-person sessions within specialist environments, including Electronic Warfare and Cryptographic systems.

The role requires clear communication to help learners build practical knowledge and will involve travel for short durations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering formal Instructor Led training in classroom or workplace settings.
• Experience as a technical SME in RF principles, IP Networking, or C5ISR.
• Experience applying training lifecycles from concept through design and delivery.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable team player capable of multitasking.
• Minimum SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and maintain training material, including potential eLearning content.
• Deliver training on Electronic Warfare and Cryptography solutions to customers at all levels.
• Assist in pre- and post-sales technical support tasks, including product demos and first/second line helpdesk support.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to gather customer feedback and SME input.
• International travel for short durations.

This role is responsible for creating, developing, and delivering technical training content and conducting engaging in-person training sessions within specialist technology environments, including Electronic Warfare and Cryptographic systems.

What The Role Will Involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

• Design, creation and maintenance of new and existing training material, experience in developing eLearning content would be a bonus.
• Delivery of Training on Electronic Warfare (EW) and/or Cryptography solutions to customers at all levels
• Assisting in a variety of pre and post-sales technical support tasks on behalf of Sales and Customer Support teams, such as product presentations and demonstrations, as well as 1st/2nd line helpdesk technical support
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management through provision of customer feedback and user SMEs
• International travel for short durations

What You’ll Bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

• Demonstrable experience of delivering formal classroom based Instructor Led training and/or informal workplace training
• Prior experience of acting as a technical SME in one or more of the following areas: Radio Frequency principles and applications, IP Networking, C5ISR.
• Experience of Training lifecycles/systematic approach to training from initial concept through design and delivery
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong team player who is flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task
• Minimum SC clearance
