Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in the UK seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver training content for Electronic Warfare and related cryptography solutions. You will deliver engaging in‑person sessions and create materials to support learners’ practical capability.

The role requires clear communication, the ability to work with engineering and product teams, and a willingness to travel internationally as needed. A minimum UK security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering formal classroom-based Instructor-Led training
• Experience as technical SME in RF, IP Networking, C5ISR or EW
• Experience with training lifecycles from concept to delivery
• Excellent presentation skills
• SC clearance level or higher

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain training material; experience in developing eLearning content would be a bonus.
• Delivery of Training on Electronic Warfare (EW) and/or Cryptography solutions to customers at all levels
• Assisting in a variety of pre‑ and post‑sales technical support tasks on behalf of Sales and Customer Support teams, such as product presentations and demonstrations, as well as 1st/2nd line helpdesk technical support
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management through provision of customer feedback and user SMEs
• International travel for short durations
