Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Technical Trainer for Information Resilience in Tewkesbury. The role involves creating, updating, and delivering technical training in specialist environments including Electronic Warfare and Cryptographic systems.

You will support pre- and post-sales activities, provide demonstrations, and work with Engineering and Product teams to feedback customer needs. Ideal candidates have formal instructor-led training experience, strong presentation skills, and at least

Qualifications

• Experience delivering formal classroom based Instructor Led training.
• Technical SME in RF, IP networking or C5ISR domains.
• Experience with training lifecycles from concept to delivery.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and maintain training materials for EW and Cryptography.
• Deliver training sessions to customers at all levels, in person.
• Support pre- and post-sales technical tasks including demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to capture feedback.
• Travel internationally for short assignments.
