Are you an experienced training professional with a passion for empowering teams and enhancing user adoption? Do you have a background in CRM systems, particularly BlackBaud, D365, or Raisers Edge?

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Training Lead to join a leading University technology team.

Your primary focus will be to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that enable the teams to maximise the value of their CRM systems. This role offers a great opportunity to shape user understanding and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

  • Preferred CRM: BlackBaud CRM (Raisers Edge 7 / D365 considered)
  • Location: White City, London
  • Onsite days: 2 days per week, with at least one being a Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different user groups
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and onboarding resources
  • Assess training needs and continuously improve content and delivery methods
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to users post-training

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience delivering CRM training in either.... (BlackBaud CRM, Raisers Edge, D365, or similar)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical systems into accessible training for varied audiences
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to training delivery and support
  • Able to commit to onsite presence in London 2 times per week
