Job summary

PERI in Brentwood seeks a Technical Office Lead to uphold operational performance and drive the company’s technical design strategy. You will produce accurate drawings, schedules and quotations while ensuring safety and the welfare of staff, customers and visitors.

You will recruit suitable staff, develop the technical team, and collaborate with Sales Engineers and other regions to promote efficient use of resources. A hands-on leader with strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational performance of the Technical Office.
• Understand and implement the company Technical design strategy.
• Produce accurate and economical drawings, schedules and quotations.
• Safeguard the safety and well-being of staff, customers and visitors.
• Maintain and upkeep of Company assets with Facilities Manager.
• Provide technical advice on PERI products to customers and sales engineers.
• Promote first-class technical service and lead by example.
• Develop relationships with Sales Engineers to optimize use of Technical resources.
• Represent the Technical Team to collaborate with other regions and functions.
• Share information with TTLs to ensure efficient practices.
• Work with EMT to ensure consistent working practices.
• Recruit suitable staff with the right skills.
• Safeguard induction and development of Technical staff.
• Communicate key information to Technical teams.
