Reasonable is the applied AI research company building formal verification for super-human software development. We hire engineers and researchers who can create credible AI systems and push the boundaries of formal methods.

As our first dedicated Talent Partner, you will own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, build a strong early-career pipeline, and lead senior-level sourcing. You’ll shape our hiring processes and candidate experience in a fast-moving, founder-led startup.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting at early-stage or scaling deep-tech startups.
• Ability to build and manage university relations and intern programs.
• Strong communication of a technical mission to candidates.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle hiring for technical and business roles: intake, sourcing, screening, process, offer, close
• Build our early-career pipeline with university groups and programs
• Head-hunt senior formal-methods and ML talent from industry
• Design and run a structured interview process with calibration
• Own candidate experience end to end with fast, respectful, credible communication
• Track funnel metrics and inform hiring decisions with data
• Use AI tools across sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling
• Set up and own ATS and sourcing tooling to scale the function
