Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting a Technical Surveyor with experience in metal roofing or cladding to join a well-established construction business in Wolverhampton. You will survey projects, translate measurements into technical designs and coordinate construction drawings with the draughtsman.

You will also manage materials schedules and supplier quotations, travel to sites across the UK and enjoy clear progression opportunities with training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal roofing or cladding.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Technical Surveyor (Roofing/Cladding)

Are you a Technical Surveyor with experience in metal roofing or cladding looking to join a well-established and growing construction business where you will play a key role in surveying projects, coordinating technical drawings and managing materials procurement, with great opportunities for progression?

This role would suit a Technical Surveyor or similar with experience in metal roofing, cladding or the wider construction envelope sector and the ability to manage multiple projects, who is looking for a varied, hands-on role with opportunities for training and progression.

In this role, the successful candidate will carry out detailed roof surveys, translate measurements into technical designs, coordinate construction drawings with the Draughtsman, prepare materials schedules, obtain supplier quotations and manage orders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.
