Job Description:

Daniel Owen is representing a well-known company based in South London, Southwark, seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Officer.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the cleaning, grounds maintenance, and tree services.
2. Data entry, processing, filing, and photocopying.
3. Mail merging, receiving, sorting, and distributing post; preparing outgoing post for dispatch.
4. Inter-departmental liaison, such as providing/getting information from other sections.
5. Face-to-face customer and contractor relations, and backup cover for the commercial waste services team.
6. Initiating correspondence where appropriate.
7. Developing presentations, leading workshops, and providing support.

Preferred Experience: Social Housing experience is preferred.

This is a temporary ongoing position, working weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:15 pm, paying £16.28 per hour.
