Are you experienced in supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company used by organizations like NASA. We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, particularly Zend Framework.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for our client's environment on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe systems, is a plus but not essential.
