Position: Technical Support Engineer (Zend Framework / PHP-based application)

Company: Global Software company - DevOps / version control / Security

Location: Fully remote

Requirements:

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments
• 5+ years in tech support
• Hands-on experience with PHP related technology
• Linux and Windows server experience
• Basic networking and shell scripting

Responsibilities:

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Help customers by demonstrating your expertise in PHP
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues

Additional Information: Database experience, ideally on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.
