Job summary

TRS Consulting Services Limited is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for water treatment systems. The role focuses on delivering expert technical support across partner networks and key customer accounts, with travel to UK and international sites.

You will work hands-on with electrical-mechanical capital equipment, develop technical documentation, assist with training, and contribute to product risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Background with electrical-mechanical capital equipment.
• Engineering qualification preferred.
• Interest in water treatment systems and field service.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across systems and partner networks.
• Travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support large-scale installations including validation and performance troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Deliver and support technical training for partner teams globally.
• Manage and assess warranty claims, including testing returned components.
