About the team:

As part of the Solutions and Services Department, you will join the Global Customer Delivery Team, consisting of eight Technical Support Engineers. Based in the US, you will have direct impact and daily interaction with clients such as the New York Times, Pokemon, and ZocDoc.

This role offers an opportunity to work with various clients on their usage and adoption of DataDome’s platform, while enhancing your skills in cloud implementation and AI. Our support tools include Slack, Zendesk, and Planhat for onboarding.

The US team operates remotely with a focus on collaboration and engagement among problem solvers. Learn more about the Delivery Team in this article and get a glimpse into life at DataDome.

Responsibilities include:
  • Proactively monitor customer exchanges and utilize your knowledge of our solutions and implementation phases, especially in daily usage
  • Guide customers on maximizing their protection plans, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues impacting product reliability and speed
  • Develop expertise in our solutions, the implementation lifecycle, bot detection, and dashboard functionalities through training
  • Answer technical questions, share findings with global teams, and escalate tickets as needed
  • Collaborate with our Threat Research team and cybersecurity experts to protect and reduce fraudulent online traffic
Preferred qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; STEM degree preferred
  • Experience in tech, internet, or cloud environments
  • Self-driven, curious, eager to learn, autonomous, and motivated
  • Team-oriented, comfortable working with global teams (EU & APAC)
  • Customer-focused with enthusiasm for solving technical challenges
Bonus skills:
  • Interest in data analysis; familiarity with Kibana/Elasticsearch
  • Experience with Apache, Nginx, Varnish, IIS, lambda@edge
  • Understanding of HTTP protocols, website hosting, architecture, and internet components
