Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
3. Represent the company as the first point of contact for clients.
4. Assist customers by demonstrating expertise in PHP.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in tech support.
2. Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies.
3. Experience with Linux and Windows servers.

Additional Information:
