Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Low Voltage / Electrical) for a global manufacturer based in the UK. You will provide remote technical assistance to customers and the UK sales teams, while delivering training and troubleshooting to build expertise in this niche sector.

The role is office-based, Monday–Friday, with full manufacturer training provided. A degree in Electrical Engineering and LV electrical sector experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree-in-electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Some experience in the low voltage electrical sector.
• Full manufacturer training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers and UK Sales Teams.
• Deliver technical training and troubleshooting support.
• Communicate via telephone, email and technical support tools.
